Microsoft unveils a New AI Design Tool for easy creation of Graphics.

This is huge for Digital Marketers, Brands and Businesses! Because Microsoft has released a super convinient way to auto-generate graphics in minutes.

Microsoft has recently shared a sneak peek of its upcoming Microsoft Designer Platform, which will facilitate the creation of AI-generated content for promotions.

So, basically, this is a graphic design app in Microsft 365 that helps people create stunning social media posts, invitations, digital postcards, graphics and so much more just by adding a prompt description.

This might prove to be a blessing for those who need a lot of inspiration to get started, or who don’t know much about designing but want high-quality images that are also unique.

You can sign-up for Microsoft Designer over here.

As explained by the company, this app will include DALL-E, an AI-based image generator that has the ability to transform your straightforward written descriptions into art that you can use for your projects.

“With Designer, there’s no need to spend time building cards or social media posts from scratch. And you no longer need to search through thousands of pre-made templates. Designer invites you to start with an idea and let the AI do the heavy lifting. For example, with ‘start from scratch’ within Designer, you can simply describe an image you want to see, and the app does the work for you to create something totally unique. As you work in Designer, every surface of the app is powered by AI to help ensure consistently, aligned, properly scaled, and beautiful designs, even with or without any inherent design ability.”

Yes! This is great.

But this might raise some conflict in ethics. As of now, no laws are applied to AI-generated content, so this might not fall under the copyright protection act as these images will be absolutely brand-new.

However, all this art, will more or less, be inspired by existing pieces, and so this can be a little unfair to the original artist.

Nevertheless, this is an amazing way to create graphics, magically integrate the content within the design in a single click, and also share your designs with the world however you’d like, including publishing directly to social media platforms or downloading them to use anywhere.

Apart from this, Microsoft has also introduced a space –Microsoft Chipchamp, where you can easily create and edit original and professional-looking videos.

It can help you create videos of a daily vlog, a viral dance video, a family video, or a highlight reel, with video, sound, and effects quickly and easily. It is available on Windows 11, as well as, on the web.

Microsoft’s Designer platform is currently in the beta testing mode, but it will soon be made available for all the Microsoft 365 subscribers.
